SHOT Show 2026 has come to an end, and countless new products were released. While the tactical market was full of new items, there were several releases for those of us who hunt. One that stood out the most was a new hunting-centric suppressor from the good folks at Dead Air Silencers. Their latest excellent offering is the Nomad Ti OTB.

Nomad Ti OTB -An Over The Barrel Suppressor
Dead Air Silencers continues to push the boundaries of suppressor innovation with the Nomad Ti OTB. Building on the proven Nomad Ti XC lineage, the OTB variant introduces an over-the-barrel design that minimizes overall length when attached to the rifle, enhances balance, maximizes recoil reduction, and delivers uncompromising sound suppression. All of this while maintaining the ultralight performance the American hunter relies on. Designed for hunters, precision shooters, and professionals who demand extreme performance without compromise.
The new design adds only 4.6 inches to the rifle’s overall length, without compromising sound reduction or hearing protection for barrels up to 1 inch in diameter. By extending the blast chamber rearward, Over-The-Barrel, the new suppressor creates a suppressed rifle that points easier and adds only 10.5 ounces to the rifle’s overall weight.

Rated up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry
Rated for cartridge calibers up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry, the Nomad Ti OTB gets its name from its over-the-barrel configuration. Rather than positioning the blast chamber fully forward of the muzzle, as with conventional suppressor designs, the Nomad Ti OTB extends the blast chamber over the barrel, resulting in less backpressure and better sound suppression.
The Nomad Ti OTB is designed with the Xeno muzzle device architecture machined into the 3D-printed silencer and ships complete with the 5/8-24 Xeno Radial Brake to make silencer installation simple and repeatable.

Nomad Ti OTB
If you are looking for a hunting suppressor that will do the job without adding substantial weight or length, the new Dead Air Silencers Nomad Ti OTB needs a hard look. This is especially true for those who run guns with longer barrels. This is a great option to improve your hunting experience.
